Weddings: $95 per hour with a 2 hour minimum + maintenance + gratuity + (check travel time)

Special Events: (Birthdays, anniversaries, nights on the town, Concerts, Dining, Engagements, Proms, Retirements, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs): $65 per hour with a 2 hour minimum + maintenance + gratuity + (check travel time) Sunday thru Friday.

Day-time, one-way transfers (church to reception):Pricing starts at $350 (limited availability)

Evening, one-way transfers (reception to home/hotel get-a-away): Pricing starts at $350.

Procrastinators discount (booking 7 days or less prior to wedding): Ask if we’re still available and you may get an incredible deal.

At your request, your chauffer will roll out a red carpet (ours is an oriental), provide sparking cider in champagne glasses for a get-a-way toast and take pictures – just ask.

You don’t have a reservation until your contract and deposit have been received and accepted. A $200 deposit is required to reserve a vehicle. A 20% maintenance charge and 20% gratuity are added to the quote. Quotes are based upon the itinerary provided, so be sure to provide a complete itinerary so we may provide you with an accurate quote. Rates do not include unlimited travel. Credit card use incurs a 5% service fee. Charter includes provision of driver and vehicle. Chauffeurs are attired in period attire (black trousers, white shirt & bow tie, tuxedo or suit). While most companies bill over-time in 30 minute increments, with Alabaster’s the first five minutes of OT is free and after that we only charge for the exact time used – to the minute. OT is billed at 1.5X the standard hourly rate ($95) plus gratuity. Balance payments: if paying by check or credit card, the balance is due two weeks prior to the event or in cash to your driver at pick-up.
